Workshop Capacity

Large-Format CNC Routing

We run multiple CNC routers to ensure we have the capacity and redundancy to meet production deadlines. Our largest machine features a 13ft x 5ft work area, allowing us to handle oversized bespoke projects and long-length components that exceed standard dimensions. Our second machine is dedicated to 8ft x 4ft sheet work, giving us a versatile setup for both one-off builds and repeat production runs.

Precision & Volume

High-Volume Laser Cutting

We run five industrial laser cutters in the workshop, which allows us to keep production moving on multiple jobs at once. Our largest machine has a 1300mm x 900mm work area, making it well-suited for larger acrylic signage and bulk-cut wood components.

Having multiple machines means we can comfortably handle high-volume wholesale runs alongside smaller bespoke orders without any bottlenecks. We use a custom-engineered bespoke industrial filtration system designed to handle all the fumes and smoke generated by the laser cutting process, filtering the air thoroughly before it is exhausted.

Materials & Versatility

We keep a significant volume of premium MDF in stock at all times, allowing us to move straight into production without waiting on material deliveries. Our rack is always stocked with various thicknesses to suit everything from thin decorative overlays to heavy-duty structural parts.

While we specialise in timber-based sheets, our machines are equally at home cutting a wide range of industrial plastics, veneers, MFCs, plywoods, and solid timbers. Whether you need us to supply the material or you have a specific technical requirement for a bespoke build, we have the capacity to get started.

  • Send Your Project Details

    Whether you have a fully engineered CAD file or a rough hand-drawn sketch, we can work with it. We prefer .DXF, .SVG, or .AI files for the most accurate quoting, but we are happy to discuss your ideas from any starting point. Just let us know your preferred material, thickness, and the quantity you need.

  • Project Review & Pricing

    We’ll review your request—whether it’s for a bespoke build, a custom version of our own products, or a wholesale run. We provide clear, fixed pricing based on the most efficient approach for the job. While we keep a stock of MDF sheets in various thicknesses, we also have reliable trade links to source a wide range of other timber sheets, MFCs, and industrial plastics, ensuring we can get exactly what your project requires without unnecessary delays.

  • Production & Reliable Delivery

    Once the quote and lead time are approved, your project moves straight into manufacturing. We handle the logistics based on what makes the most sense for the scale of your order. For smaller items, we use reliable couriers; for larger projects, we can arrange palletised shipping or deliver in person using our own transport. If you would prefer, you are also welcome to collect your order directly from our workshop by appointment.
