  • Return Authorisation: Please wait until our team has contacted you and have authorised the return. Our team will provide instructions for sending the item(s) back to us. Please do not return items without authorisation, as they will not be processed.
  • Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. Clearly write your order number on the package or include it inside the packaging.
  • Posting the Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team using a reputable company on a tracked service (this protects both the buyer and the seller). You are responsible for the item(s) condition during transit and any return postage costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We will not be responsible or held liable for any damages incurred during the return transit.

 

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days (payment handling timeframe is determined by the payment method used).
