Delivery policy

Dispatch & Processing Times

  • Current Timeframe: All items are custom-cut to order. Our standard processing time is 0–2 working days.
  • The Process: Please note that delivery/transit times are in addition to our processing time. Your chosen shipping speed begins once your order has been prepared and handed over to the courier.
  • Business Days: For the purposes of processing, dispatch, and delivery, our working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will enter our production queue on the following working day.

 

Standard Tracked Delivery — £2.95 - £4.95

  • Light Orders: £2.95 (For smaller and lighter weight items)
  • Standard Orders: £4.95 (For larger orders or heavier items)
  • Service: Sent via our network of trusted UK couriers, primarily Royal Mail or Evri.
  • Transit Time: Once processed and dispatched, please allow 2–3 working days for your items to arrive.
  • Tracking: A tracking code will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is dispatched from our workshop.

 

Express Next-Day Tracked — £9.95

  • Service: Our priority transit service using premium couriers such as DPD, Parcelforce, or Royal Mail 24.
  • Important Note: This service is a Next Working Day delivery once your order is dispatched. Selecting "Express" affects the speed of the courier's transit, not our internal 0–2 day production timeframe.

 

General Information

  • Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email the moment your order is on its way. Depending on the courier used, you may also receive SMS text updates regarding your delivery window.
  • Delivery Queries: While we use tracked services for security, delivery speeds are ultimately outside our control once an item leaves our workshop. We kindly ask that you allow an additional two working days beyond your expected delivery date before raising a query regarding a missing or delayed order.
  • Security: Every order we ship is sent via a fully tracked service to ensure it reaches you safely.

 

Failed Delivery & Returns

  • Buyer Responsibility: If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, a failed delivery attempt, or an item not being collected from a collection point, the buyer is liable for the cost of re-posting the item.
  • Re-delivery: We will contact you once the order has arrived back with us to arrange payment for a new delivery.
