Purchases and Payments

Orders: When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

DoodleTech Ltd reserves the right, but is not obligated, to limit the quantities or sales of our products or services to any individual, business, geographic location, region, or jurisdiction. This right may be exercised on a case-by-case or product-specific basis.

Each product on our website is sold subject to its product description. All descriptions on this website are accurate and are the intellectual property of DoodleTech Ltd.

Product photos are provided to give you an accurate representation of the items we offer, allowing you to see the product as it will appear upon purchase. While we strive to represent colours and designs accurately, please note that variations may occur due to differences between device displays and material batches.

Personalised products available on our website are subject to specific criteria, such as character limits and customisation areas, which vary depending on the size and type of the product. This criteria will be detailed in the product description, so please review it carefully before making a purchase. When adding a personalised item to your cart, complete the form on the product page with the requested personalisation details. This form will include our recommended criteria for optimal results. Ensure that all spelling is correct, as we will engrave the personalisation exactly as entered. Please note that DoodleTech Ltd cannot offer refunds for personalised products if the error is due to incorrect personalisation details provided by the buyer.

Many of our products are laser-cut, which can cause the edges to darken or develop minor burn marks. These marks may appear near the cut lines but can be easily removed with fine sandpaper or painted over. We strive to minimize these imperfections to ensure the highest quality. Discoloration on the bottom of products is often due to "flashing" from the laser hitting the machine frame. Like the top surface, these marks can be treated with sandpaper or paint. Please note that visible burn marks are not considered defects and refunds will not be provided for these manufacturing-related issues.

Orders for custom fabrication, bespoke sizes, or products manufactured to specific client dimensions are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure that all pricing information is accurate but do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing or availability.

DoodleTech Ltd reserves the right to change prices and designs of our products without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a service or product at any time without notice and will not be liable to you or any third-party for any price change, design change, modification, suspension or discontinuance of a service or product we offer.

Payment: Payments must be made using the methods we accept. You agree to pay all applicable charges and taxes associated with your order.

 

Shipping & Delivery Terms

Delivery Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate address and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or collect it from a designated point.

Re-posting Fee: If an order is returned to our warehouse as "Undeliverable" or "Not Called For," we reserve the right to charge a re-posting fee of £4.95 (or the current standard rate) to send the order out a second time.

Abandoned Orders: Orders that are returned to us and remain un-claimed for more than 30 days may be cancelled without a refund to cover storage and administration costs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law DoodleTech Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to property or life arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or Products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in question.

None of the products we sell are intended for use by children. If you plan to resell our products, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are CE-tested if they will be sold to or used by children. Please be aware that our products are not suitable for children, and if you choose to allow children to use them, we disclaim any responsibility or liability for any resulting incidents.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoodleTech Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Services or Products, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

 

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.
