We exclusively use FSC-certified and CE-marked premium-grade MDF, such as Medite Premier. This is a high-density, industrial substrate chosen for its consistency and smooth surface. Unlike standard "bargain" boards, it provides a stable core for machining and a superior finish for painting once sealed.

Sealing & Decorating
Sealing & Decorating
While not strictly required for basic crafting, we highly recommend sealing your MDF to achieve a professional, long-lasting finish. Sealing the surface—and especially the absorbent edges—with a diluted PVA glue (50/50 mix) or a dedicated MDF primer prevents the paint from soaking into the fibers.
Best Results:
- Paint: Our shapes are compatible with most furniture paints, emulsions, and acrylic sprays. For the most vibrant results, we recommend high-quality acrylics.
- Technique: Use a foam brush or roller for an even, streak-free application.
- The Secret: For a glass-smooth finish, lightly sand between coats using a fine 240-grit sandpaper (or higher).

Every order is CNC cut to order right here in our UK workshop. We don't ship "off the shelf" mass-produced items; we cut your items specifically for you.
- Production Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
- Tracked Delivery: We ship via a tracked delivery service to ensure your order is handled with care and is easily traceable from our workshop to your door.
- Sustainability & Packaging: We use reinforced packaging to ensure your shapes arrive crisp and sharp. We are committed to reducing waste; we use new cardboard boxes for strength, but nearly all our internal protective infill is recycled cardboard that we matte and shred in-house.

Product Description
This decorative heart-themed Toniebox wall bracket and figure display shelf set is ideal for storing and showcasing Tonies characters, keeping everything tidy and easy to reach. Perfect for adding a sweet touch to a bedroom, nursery or playroom, and a lovely way to keep Tonies neatly displayed.
The set includes 1 heart-shaped Toniebox wall mount bracket and 3 small heart shelves for Tonies figure storage.
Charging Info
Toniebox 1 bracket: Features a recessed section so you can pass the charger through and dock Toniebox 1 above it for easy charging.
Toniebox 2 bracket: Is plain (without the charger recess shown in some photos) and Toniebox 2 must be removed from the shelf to charge.
Assembly & Finish
Our Tonie display shelf kits arrive flat pack and require assembly, which is quick and easy using the instructions provided. Simply add a small bead of wood glue into each slot and push the shelves firmly into the back plate.
The set is supplied in its raw/untreated wooden state so you can decorate it however you like. This kit must be assembled before painting & decorating.
Please note our shelves are not magnetic, but they are suitable for most free-standing Tonies figures, as shown in the example photos.

Size Guide
All measurements are based on the longest dimension of the shape, whether that is the height (top to bottom) or the width (left to right). If you are unsure which dimension is the longest for a specific shape, please Contact Us before ordering to ensure it fits your project.

Our Cutting Process
We use two different professional methods to create your shapes depending on the design and size:
- CNC Routed: For larger or thicker shapes, we use high-speed CNC Routers. These produce a crisp, "mechanical" cut with no burnt edges. The edges will be raw MDF, ready for sealing and painting.
- Laser Cut: For smaller or highly intricate designs, we use precision Laser Cutting. This process leaves a clean, medium-brown finish on the edges. Any slight surface marks from the laser can be easily removed with a light sand or simply painted over.
Both methods provide industrial-grade accuracy and a workshop-quality finish.
